Animals think in very clear structures, much clearer than we humans. If we want them to behave in a certain way, we should give them clear information and understand what else they need.

So clarity is needed on both sides to understand each other. Right?

We used all forms of social media to meet the audience in their most comfortable locations, and talked in their own language.
